Itunes on windows 10 freezes

     I downloaded Itunes on my laptop(windows 10) to move things but itunes freezes after turning it on. It won't close unless I use the task manager to turn it off. It won't respond unless I restart my laptop. It won't turn on unless I click  itunes as soon as my laptop turns on.

     My computer specs-dell, intel core i7-6500U cpu (2.59GHz), 8GB ram, 64bit, SSD and have around 17GB free space.

     I've tried restarting my laptop few times, reinstalled itunes few times, and tried opening itunes with Wi-Fi turned off.
