rolling back from ios11

iPad Air 2 want to roll back from IOS 11 beta to iOS 10 using windows laptop. I have the image of iOS 10 but during restor I am not seeing an option to select the image in iTunes, instead it is downloading and at the end failing to complete the download with an error.

According to apple support today, if you installed the new IOS11 you can NOT reinstall or restore to IOS10 on the iPhone.  Say goodbye to using some of your older apps and landscape keyboard with backspace, forward space, undo and microphone!  YUK!!!!!!!!!   NOT HAPPY
