iPad not connecting to WiFi

Hello, Please i use an iPad Air 2 (WiFi/Cellular), it was working well at first but suddenly the WiFi starts messing up. it doesnt connect to Wifi networks again except for just one wifi which is my Windows Phone. The iPad won't even connect to my Samsung S6 EDGE Plus' hotspot as well as my Office WiFi and my 4G LTE modems. Ive tried my friend's WiFi as well but it never connect to any. It always shows "Incorrect password for network" each time i try to connect to WiFi. Ive carried out Reset Network Settings severally, i've even carried out the Erase All Content and Settings as well but it still doesn't work, i even updated the firmware using my pc's itunes to 11.0.1 version hoping it'll fix but still the same. Please what do i do? Thanks.

The second article has a section titled "What if I know my password, but the network won’t accept it?" that you may want to check first, since you stated "It always shows "Incorrect password for network" each time i try to connect to WiFi."
