Sierra os 10.12
Have a MAC desktop, over 10 yrs. old, with updated memory. Recently downloaded Sierra 10.12
Since then, my computer screen randomly freezes. I can't use the mouse to force quit. Can't do anything but shut it down. I see an arrow on my screen and it will move with the use of the mouse, but clicking on mouse results in nothing. This has only started since I updated. Any advice is welcome.
If you Desktop is over 10 years old, it can't run Sierra. What type of computer and what is the model number?
To check the model number hold down the option/alt key, go to the Apple menu and select System Information.
