Card issues

I have recently had my phone replaced I’m trying to redownload my apps and it says I have to update my debit card info. When I do this every time it says declined. I have tried 4 different cards all say declined. This is really ******* me off because all the cards have money on them

Contact iTunes support and ask them about it.
