Audiobook Disappeared?

I've been having trouble with missing artwork on a bunch of my audiobooks.  I did a get info on one of them and noticed than even though it was named properly and sorted properly in my iTunes list of audiobooks, it had no name info, author info, or sort info.

So I updated those fields, clicked ok, and it disappeared.  I searched for it and found it up in the B's (book was Watchers, Dean Koontz).  Additional it has swallowed up two other books.  They were now contained with Watchers. 

So now there is the oddity of Watchers sorting with the B's and that it swallowed up two books.  Why did it do this?  Can I cut or copy the other books out of Watchers to add them to the library?  I suspect I've got a whole bunch of books like this, no title or author, or sorting info.

While I'm at it, I mentioned I've got a bunch of audiobooks without cover art.  All of them used to have cover art, and at some upgrade by apple a bunch went missing.  Any way to batch fix this instead of one at a time?

One more thing.  Not all of my audiobooks that I've selected to sync show up in iBooks on my iPhone 6+.

My Mac is at 10.12.16 and iTunes is 12.7.0.166.
