Cannot edit Artist Playlists without Subscription

I recently discontinued my Apple Music subscription, I am a musician and during the period I had an Apple Music Subscription I created a playlist that became linked to my artist profile on Apple Music.  I can still view the artist playlist I created but I am no longer able to update or edit it.  This should be a feature available for all musicians with or without a subscription!
