iOS 11, Cannot connect to iTunes on wi

I just upgraded both of my devices to iOS 11, an iPhone 7 Plus and an iPad Air 2 (wi-fi only).  On my iPad I am not able to connect to iTunes via wi-fi.  It’s not my home network because I have had the same issue on other networks.  I have already tried signing in and out of my Apple ID, setting date & time to manual and rebooting.  I have no issues with the App Store and my phone now seems ok.  Everything is working except iTunes.
