Unable to install Sierra

hi, i have sierra on a usb stick that keeps failing to install on a macbook air 2011. i have tested the hardware with techtools multiple times and everything passes, i have used the usb pen to install sierra on another machine without incident. i have an installer log with errors which someone might be able to debug, but dont have an option to upload txt files, only images.
