Siri not speaking on Apple Watch Series 3?

Got my new watch today. It's the Apple Watch Series 3 (GPS).

 

Siri won't speak back with voice.

 

I've tried rebooting watch, phone, ensuring that siri is turned on (via watch) to no avail.

 

Siri is connected because she can answer questions (using on screen display).

 

Is anyone else having this issue?

Never mind I've found the answer after some searching! By the way it wasn't so easy to find this answer! I am going to put my phone on charge now and let it download the voice.

 

"Siri speaks using the selected voice on your iPhone. If Siri doesn't speak, your Apple Watch needs to download the voice. The download happens when you’re on Wi-Fi and your Apple Watch is charging. This can take a while, so you might need to do this overnight.  "

Your Apple Watch needs to download the voices for both Siri and the Mickey & Minnie Mouse watch faces before their audio features can be used.
