Time, Battery and Wifi not showing on menu bar

Today my MacBook Pro 2013 randomly restarted about three times in a row. I shut it down, and that made it stop restarting. When my laptop was up and working again, the time, wifi and battery % and Siri are not showing up in my upper screen taskbar.

I went to System Preferences to check the box for the Clock display and the box will not stay checked- therefore it is not displayed. All of The boxes for showing battery %, wifi status and Siri are checked, but none of them are displayed in the menu bar.

what can I do at this point to get wifi status, battery %, and the clock to reappear?

PS: i checked with iTunes and App Store, and all of my software is up to date.
