Sirs, I want to permanently delete my Apple ID. How do I do that?

Apple may be able to do this so if you call in, they can investigate it. But Zi's comment is valid too, accounts can be purged under various reasons.

     Please bare with me, I still need help. This is my 1rst time posting on Apple. Thank you.

     My Apple TV was hacked earlier this month. We know who did it.  I took device and my iPhone s6 to the store mCherry Hill Mall, NJ (I had an appointment.) Firstly, the lady who made my appointment did not put in "2 devices had to be looked at" Great. She told me "If you are 10 minutes late you will lose your appointment" Okay, I get that. So I was on time, DANNY was 13-15 minutes LATE. Isn't this starting off just great? The man who was was helping me was an incompetent idiot. All he did was "clean" my Apple TV device. He decided not to help me with my phone issues. I had everything written down in my notebook.

      He came back, I was trying to tell him about my phone (Somehow, NOT by me, I have 2 Apple ID's) but he kept interrupting me and talking very very fast. I asked him nicely, to please slow down, I don't understand what you're saying. He just smiled REAL BIG, kept on talking. The 3rd time I said the same thing. I guess he he didn't like to be told to slow down or whatever his problem was as he said, I'll be right back, he never came back.

     I sat there and I sat there and by 15 minutes I got up & put my stuff bk in my bag. Another rep saw my face (I guess I looked confused because was) he asked me if I was okay? Well no. My tech guy left 15 minutes ago & never came back!! He gave me a Case Number, apologized for what happened, he was very nice. I got out of there real quick.

     A few nights ago I finally got around to call Apple. Thank goodness I got someone who knew what they were doing. My issues are still not all resolved. Some of them did get fixed the other night. However, I still can't hook up my Device. Obviously. (We have T-Mo HotSpot which we are getting rid of next week as our computer broke) One last thing is I need to Delete the 2nd ID because I noticed that some, not all of my contacts are hooked up to this 2nd ID AND I don't know how to get rid of it properly.

     That's it. If you can tell me how, I'd really appreciate it. Thank you very much.



It sounds like restoring the phone to factory settings and starting over would probably be the safest thing to do.

One last thing is I need to Delete the 2nd ID because I noticed that some, not all of my contacts are hooked up to this 2nd ID AND I don't know how to get rid of it properly.

 

You cannot.  Perhaps apple can do it.  I have never heard of apple deleting an account.

 

What you do is login to your account and fill in junk in all the fields.  you can remove you credit card from the account.

 

[ I'd assume apple remembers all changes to the account. I have no proof of this, but I'd assume it. ]
