Why am I getting my husbands call history and he is getting my search history? How do I disable this?

Sounds like Family Sharing is enabled, and the items being shared in your iCloud setting are checked. You can uncheck items that you don't want shared, if you are setup for Family Sharing. See this article for additional info, possibly cab help with your issue:
