All health rings stuck at 0 for two days

Hello,

I have (or, I should say had) a long move streak which suddenly stopped two weeks ago.  I went looking to see what happened, and saw that for two days (August 22nd and 23rd) I have no rings at all: all three rings set to 0.  This is absurd since I have several exercise sessions for that day, and if I look at that day in the Health app, it contradicts itself.  For example, I the graph for "Move" shows lots of movement, but the overall number totals 0.  There are workouts amounting to 4 miles, but 0 steps for the day.  (Evidently I levitated without moving my legs for 4 miles).  The exercise shows hundreds of active calories, but there are no active calories for the day as a whole.

It's the same thing for "Exercise" and "Stand".  The Stand graph shows 11 bars... but the number is 0/12.  And so on.

Obviously something went wrong.  My question is how to I fix it?
