I need to stop I tunes billing

This is Dianna Reed I have been charged by I tunes which I did not purchase. I have cancelled my credit card. I do not want any purches on my account any more.



These are user-to-user forums, not iTunes Support and not 'live chat' - you sometimes have to wait more than 3 minutes for a reply.


If the purchase wasn't on your iTunes account nor any account you've linked the card to, it's possible that the card was cloned and not an issue with your account. If it was on your account and you went staight to the card issuer and not iTunes Support you may find that you now iTunes for it and the account has been locked (possibly permanently)


Changing/removing payment info : Change or remove your Apple ID payment information in the iTunes Store - Apple Support

 


If you don't get the 'none' option on the payment details screen : Why can’t I select None when I edit my Apple ID payment information? - Apple Support

Hi I've got a 7.45 charge on my account whitch was pressed on a accident I've stopped it with my card but can't update my apps till

You shouldn't have gone straight to the card issuer, you should have contacted iTunes Support - as far as iTunes is now concerned you now owe them for the purchase (and you may find that the you can no longer use that payment card with iTunes). If you haven't already done so you should contact iTunes Support and see what they say (but purchases are considered final, so you may have to pay iTunes back) : https://reportaproblem.apple.com
