you cannot associate this computer with another...

Guys...  I know this question isn't new here, but theres any way to avoid  this?
First I was having an error message "you must sign to your apple id to play this song" or something like this... I joined lot of times to my apple music account and i was still having the same  message. After this I signed out my account, and when I joined again I got the message "you cannot associate this computer..."

I'm very disappointed guys, i'm so close to cancel my apple music  and  back to Spotify, because is not the first time that I got problems with your apps. Plus I live in a place where I don't internet connection, i spend lot of time downloading songs to play them offline and Now I have Nothing to play.

I hope you can help me to fix this... because i'm nothing happy for waiting 86 days to download again Music in my mac.
