Merging & Share Existing iTunes Accounts?

My wife and I both have our own iTunes accounts that we would now like to merge and share.  Family Sharing seems like the way to do this, but if I am set up as the organizer, how do we ensure we can get the content from my wife's existing iTunes account (music and apps) to be part of the sharing?

Just want to be sure, as the set up instructions for Sharing are very slanted to a new set up as opposed to bringing together existing accounts.

Merge two iTunes account as far as I know is not possible, but maybe you can contact the iTunes Support here: iTunes - Official Apple Support
