After iTunes 12.7 how can I add custom ringtone...

Ringtones have been removed from iTunes on 12.7 version,  I have a PC, I have several ringtones that I created in the past and since Itunes 12.7 does not have the Tones folder anymore, I do not know how to import the custom tones from my PC to my iphone 8

Help is very appreciated it.

Does this work with custom ringtones creates with itunes but not bought or downloaded from the store?

Yes to both of those questions.

Thanks again for your quick reply, I did try to drag my tones from the itunes folder on my computer to the Tones folder in my iphone, it did not copy, and I can read the word "link".

Any suggestions?
