My external drive do not have RAM but I need to...
My external drive do not have RAM of course. So how can I install a Snow Leopard 10.6.3 Install DVD disk on it? The instructions says I need at least 1 GB of RAM.
That refers to the RAM installed inside the computer, not anything on the external drive. If that drive is moved to a different Mac, the amount of RAM installed on the other computer is what counts.
