I can’t download the news app from apple ...

it shows me downloaded in apple store but I not; it deleted from my iphone . do what is the problem

Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Community. I understand you're unable to locate the News app on your iPhone. I'm happy to help. 

Since the app store shows that the News app is downloaded, it may be in a folder or on another screen of your iPhone. I recommend trying to use the search function to locate the app.

Use Search on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If you're still unable to locate the app, you can reset the home screen layout by going to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout. This won't delete any information on your iPhone, but it will return all of your built-in apps to their original places on the Home screen. Once you're able to locate the News app, you can re-arrange the apps that were moved.
