how to unsubscribe podcast

My hand hit something on my Mac and it took me into iTunes... I just quit iTunes. NOW I received an email about a podcast I did NOT deliberately subscribe to, that it will be charging me. I don't know how to locate it in iTunes and kill it from my end. I don't want to click on any of the links in the email itself.

The email is likely to be a scam. You should not be able to set up a subscription in iTunes without entering your Apple ID credentials. See View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support to see what you are actually subscribed to.
