My Apple ID is linked with USA and I purchased an I tune card from Singapore. I cannot redeem the card & shows a message “this code must be redeemed in the singapore storefront “. How can I redeem it? I have proof of purchase with me.

Unless you’re in Singapore, you can’t. If you are, change the iTunes Store country to it.
