Bank of America app WatchOS4 not working

Is anyone else having trouble with the Bank of America app on WatchOS 4 / Apple Watch Series 3 ?

 

I can get into the iPhone app no problem. When loading the watch app, all I get is a green caution triangle in the top left of the screen and then it just shows a small Bank of America logo in the top right of the watch and nothing else.

 

I have tried using the app while logged-in to the phone app and just on it's own, however I get the same results either way. I've also removed and reinstalled the app, however nothing changed.

 

I'm going to contact BoA if no one else has had this problem.

Hi! I actually have an answer to the problem. First you would need to go on the BOA app on your iPhone, go to Profile & Settings, scroll down, and tap on Apple Watch. From there, you will just need to tap on "I agree". Hope this helps!
