Rogue tone file appearing after iTunes 12.7 update

Hi, I've updated to iTunes 12.7 and now when connecting my iphone a random tone has appeared with a dashed circle next to it that can not be deleted - see below. If you right click on it and 'view info' it shows as zero bytes and has file type as 'streamed'?

Any thoughts on how to remove it?
