Browser out of date

This is what I get when I go to apple support. I have OS 10.12.6 and Safari 11.0

Weird.

Probably a temporary site glitch.

FWIW I have no trouble accessing it with the same versions of Safari and the OS.

Obviously Safari 11 is not out of date.

Please enable Safari's Develop menu according to the following: Safari for Mac: Use the Safari Develop menu. Then, you may be able to select a User Agent that placates the website.
