Constant App and Safari Crashes

Hello all,

I have a Late 2012 iMac with 2.7GHz Intel i5 and 8GB 1600 MHz DDR3 memory running Sierra 10.12.6 and i am having major issues with basically all apps and Safari. Any non apple app e.g. Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, Archicad, League of legends all crash and/or freezes upon opening. The same issue also occurs with with Apple apps like iTunes, System preference etc however if i persist and attempt to open 3-5 time will normally work although very, very slowly. At the same time Safari constantly says there are errors on the page and reloads repeatedly until it say it is unable to load. The issues have been persisting for approximately 1-2 months and i have exhausted all my (and lot of googles) knowledge to try and fix the issue.

For clarities sake i have also boot camped my system after the issue started arising to see if similar issues occurred in Windows and they do not. I loaded LoL, Archicad and Illustrator all work fine and internet browsing also has no issues.

Please run the diagnostic tool Etrecheck and post its report here so we can have a notion of your software setup.

It could be a problem with your drive but I suspect it is more likely to be software.

By looking at the Etrecheck report we may be able to spot likely causes.

(the most common being older software that is no longer compatible, antivirus software and the infamous "cleaners" that only harm your system)
