default network location on startup

Hello,

I have a lab computer with two network locations (Internet and Audio). Note, the Audio location does not allow any internet connectivity and is required to connect to the mixing console in the room.

When sitting down to the computer, students will log in to their network account.

Is there a way to force the computer to switch back to the "Internet" network location on boot up? Or even to allow network location switching from the login window?

In System Preferences > Networks > Wi-Fi > Advanced > Wi-Fi Tab > drag the preferred network to the top of the list. That network will then be used as first choice at startup.

Hi, thanks for writing. In this instance, we are not using Wi-Fi at all, but rather two separate Ethernet connections. One goes to the school's network (and to the Internet) and the other connects directly to the SSL Matrix console. We use network "Locations" to specify which ethernet port is routing IP traffic. I need a solution that allows me to revert back to the "Internet" location when the computer reboots.
