MS365 no iCloud support?

So I purchased a subscription to MS365 and I want to open documents I’ve stored in an iCloud Drive folder.  I am unable to select iCloud from one of the cloud based storage platforms.  Is there a way to do this?  Otherwise, I am about to tell MS they can miss my you know what.  I finally have a Files app on the iPad and I want to use this device to its fullest and apparently I have two companies not playing nice in the same sand box.  Anybody know a solunion to my problem?
