About apple id and apple devices

Please help for everything, I am a new iphone 5s user I bought this year, I want to ask and hopefully can peer colleagues all help me, recently I am wrong apple id entering several times so that my apple id in disable or locked, i want to ask whether can still use the old apple id how to re-enable it ??? the second iphone I often restart myself, but I have returned to the factory settings, just last a while and then restart back myself, please help and the solution for my friend, gratitude
