i cant open my itunes store at first it was say...

For it saying 'iTunes U', what country are you in ? Media (music, films, etc.) isn't available from iTunes in all countries, if you are in one of the countries where it's not available you will only see the iTunes U screen.

Bro i am from pakistan is itunes available in this country?

Apps are available from iTunes in Pakistan, but media (music, films) isn't - as we are fellow users we won't know when they might be until if/when Apple announce something

If, like the OP, you are in Pakistan and are trying to use the iTunes Store app you won't find any content in it, media is still not available from iTunes there.

What have you tried to see if it fixes it e.g. closing the iTunes Store via the device's taskbar, disconnecting and reconnecting to your network, tried a different network, soft-reset/reboot of the device ?
