Macbook air powered but not turning on

Hello everyone,

My Macbook Air doesn't turn on, after powering off from not having any battery left. I charged it again fully (green light on the power cable). It doesn't seem to be a display issue, as the caps lock key doesn't light when pressed. After "turning it off" and back "on" again, the computer emits the discreet sounds it usually makes when booting it. When resetting the SMC (cntrl-shift-alt-power for 10 sec) with less than full power, the cable's light switches to green for a few seconds and then gets back to orange, but it doesn't solve the problem.

Working in a very remote place from southeast Asia, I am unable to go to a store...
