I can not download any free application, ask me...

Every time I want to download a free app, ask me a valid paymen, how can I take this out? Even when is free ask me for a valid paymen, as right now I don't have it, it doesn't let me t download the app. What can I do?

It may be possible to select None as your payment method. If you are not able to choose None (even for downloading free apps and updating existing ones), then the following support article explains why that is the case:
