How do I organize my videos on iPad?

Hello, I have an ipad Pro 10.5.  I have a lot of training and fitness videos that I usually review when I’m traveling.  I seem to be able to import the videos to the iPad via iTunes and they show up in the TV app under home videos.  Is there a way to put them in folders to organize then so I’m able to find what I want when I need it?  In iTunes on the Mac, I can create video playlists for the videos, and the playlist is saved on the iPad (according to iTunes) but I can’t find the playlist anywhere.  Is none of this possible currently?  Any other suggestions?
