i pad mini does not recognize my i

i pad mini does not recognize my i-FlashDrive

2 questions:

1. How are you connecting the drive to your iPad?

2. Are you using their App? 

First it is a i pad mini so the only option is Lightning. Yes i am using the The i-FlashDrive App.The i pad either does not see it or popup says accessory is not certified and MAY (it does not) not work with this i pad. I have tried various SD cards from 4GB to 64GB.

Did you recently update iOS?

Have you tried a Reboot?  Hold down thr home and power/sleep buttons until the Apple logo appears ion screen.  Let the iPad reboot and reconnect the iFlashdrive.

Yes updated iOS and yes I rebooted as per your suggestion but still Zilch.

Then contact the manufacturer of the iFlashDrive and see what they say.

I don't see anything on their web site at all that would indicate that product (or anything else they make for that matter) is Made For iPhone/iPad certified. Which of course means that there's no guarantee at all that it will work if iOS is updated and may indicate that it's being manufactured using illegally copied Apple technology and/or may physically damage your iPad/iPhone.

They show compatibility of Ios 6 and below, no mention of Ios 7.x

Contact the developer and see if they plan to update their firmware to support Ios 7.x

Thanks everyone but i give up.

Stick to Made for iPhone/iPad certified accessories in the future to avoid this kind of problem.

I have the same problem. My iflash device is recognized but the applicaion says that the device is offline. It works before I reset my iphone. What should I do? :(
