since updating to ios11 cant use bluetooth or w...

Since I undated to ios 11 on my ipad pro 9.7 and ipad mini 3, the bluetooth and wired headphones sound faint and you can hardly hear it. The volume sounds as if it's turned down,  when it's on full volume.

Also when using the search engines it only shoes half the page when  browsing certain sights. Can anybody come up with a solution please.
