If you unexpectedly received such a thing, it is surely a phishing email designed to get you to log in somewhere and reveal your credentials.

Dear Sir, for 3 or 4 times now you abducted 24.89 GBP from my Itunes Account (Apple Account) and I've never bought music from you! Coul you please pay my money back and I'll never buy anything from you! I'll deffinately spread the word. I'm struggling for a long time now.

You already know that we are fellow users, that these are user-to-user forums, and that you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple on here - nobody on here has charged you for anything, and nobody on here can potentially refund you.

 

If they show on your iTunes account's purchase history, and if nobody else has access to that account and did them, then change your account's password if you haven't already done so (What to do after you change your Apple ID email address or password - Apple Support) and contact iTunes Support : https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html

 

If they don't show on your iTunes account(s) contact your card issuer

I received an invoice from apple/itunes for a game I did not purchase.

Unable to cancel online?  Not sure what this is?

If you only got an email, and it does not correspond to an actual item in your purchase history, it is probably a phishing attempt.  Delete it.  If by chance you already clicked on its links and entered your password, change your password.

You want to cancel what payment ? All purchases that you've done are considered final, you would have to contact iTunes Support and see if they will credit / refund you for a purchase that you've done

pls cancell payment 22.99$ from 01.08.

I can't cancel anything, you already know that I'm just a fellow user, and that I don't work for iTunes Support nor Apple.

 

Where are you seeing this 'payment' ? Is it on your iTunes account's purchase history ? Credit card statement ? Email or phishing email ? If it shows on your iTunes account's purchase history change the account's password if you haven't already done so and contact iTunes Support : https://reportaproblem.apple.com . If it only shows on your credit card contact the card issuer.

I have reserved an invoice on Aug 15th 2017. It is to purchasing about Clash of Clans, Box of Games from App store in $49.99. I don't understand about that, why? I don't play that game, I never purchasing; moreover, I really don't to know the game. Please! you cancel this invoice. I seen to the problem was 2 times.

Read replies before posting, if you had bothered to do so you would know that you are only talking to fellow users on here, not iTunes Support nor Apple - nobody can 'cancel this invoice' (assuming that it's actually a genuine email from iTunes and not a phishing email). It's also not a good idea to post your phone number on any public forum, I've asked the hosts remove it.

 

Have you checked to see that this 'invoice' is genuine ? Does it show on your iTunes account's purchase history ? And/or your credit card statement ?

I just received a notice of purchase I did not make.  The email notice has a link for ITunes Payment Cancellation Form.

 

Is this legit your Apple?
