My IPad says my storage is almost full!  I...

My device says my storage is full or  full!  Is both my normal storage full as well as my iCloud or can I just learn to transfer to Icloud?

Your iPad is limited to the amount of storage that you purchased with it. Depending on the exact model iPad, you had a number of storage size options.

Alternately, if you have an Apple ID account, you got a free 5 GB of storage space with it. Unless you wish to pay for more, that would be your current limit there.

Let's see what your iPad & iCloud thinks is available. To do, on your iPad:

• Tap on Settings
• Tap on General
• Tap on Storage & iCloud Usage
• Look under the Storage category. This is the amount of storage on your iPad.
• Look under the iCloud category. This is the amount of storage in your Apple ID's iCloud drive.

When the "storage & Icloud" was open, a long list of data is shown , i try to sum data usage and the result told me that half of my storage is stolen. Let say, l have Ipad 60GB when i sumed all data it has showned me only 30GB only. Do you have any idea , thank you

I have the same problem. The list adds up to only a fraction of the total storage. What gives? Some hidden thing is using 75% of my space.
