My Ipod will not activate.  How can I get ...

Hello.  I just bought a refurbished Ipod 4th generation for my daughter.  We can't get it to activate.  We can put in our language and country and Wi-Fi but that is as far as it goes.  Can anyone help?

Have you tried activating via iTunes? Try connecting it to a Mac or PC with the latest version of iTunes installed.
