Safari 11 issue with facebook notifications

Hello,

I've updated Safari to the new version 11 last Thursday. Since then, there is a strange issue with facebook.

Everytime I go on Facebook through Safari browser, the notifications number is not displayed in the tab title / page title (eg. Facebook (2), Facebook (3) etc). The number is hidden for some reason (meaning only thing displayed in tab is "Facebook").

I used the new feature "settings for this website", enabled content blockers and auto-play. The issue still exists.

The only solution is to keep going on messenger settings and enable the option "Desktop notifications enabled".

But then it automatically switches this option off and I have to manually turn it back on every time. https://prntscr.com/gpfux4

What would be the problem? Why this option is always off by default? even if I turn it on, then a couple of hours later it will be turned off.
