Can I plug two usb

I am looking for a monitor solution to replace the Thunderbolt Display I had before.  Ideally, I would like a 4k+ monitor that I can plug my 20 15 inch 2016 MacBook Pro into with a single thunderbolt 3 cable and then use as a hub to connect two additional 1080p monitors via usb-hdmi adapters and also a usb hub for other devices.

Will this monitor support additional displays daisy chained?
