My iCloud calendar is not showing on my Mac Out...

The Basics:

• Macbook Pro Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015 model
• Latest version of Microsoft Outlook version 15.39 (170919)
• I use my personal email as my apple ID (not an @me or @iCloud)
• I have my iCloud calendar on my iPhone set for sharing
• My iCloud calendar works on my phone as well as at iCloud.com

The Issue:

• I can't figure out how to set-up my iCloud calendar in my Mac Outlook

The troubleshooting:

• My personal email set-up and is working fine (tried removing and adding back in)
• Tried adding my personal email as an iCloud account in Outlook, I can't get past the first set-up screen
• Tried resetting Outlook preferences using the Microsoft tool
• Have turned off and back on sharing of my iCloud calendar

The Question:

• How do I get my iCloud calendar to display in my Mac Outlook?
