Hybrid drive on my Mac mini?

I have a 5-year-old Mini with a SanDisk 120gb hybrid drive that failed two SMART tests (reallocated sectors count and reallocated event count) when tested by TechToolPro 9.5.2. The 500gb HDD passed all tests. Do I need to replace the computer, or can I replace the 120gb hybrid drive?

Does the SSHD still work properly? If so then ignore the results of the TT Pro SMART test. You have a five-year-old computer, so I would start thinking about replacing it. However, if the computer still works satisfactorily, then you just replace the drive. For example, you could replace both drives with a single 1TB SSD. Add more RAM if you can. Check OWC for possibilities.
