Disable SIP in OS Sierra that was Upgraded from...

Hi folks,

I'm trying to recreate my recovery partition.  I changed my 2012 MacBook Pro's HD to a SSD and I noticed that I'm missing my recovery partition.

Tried to use Recovery Partition Creator, but it returns an Error that points to something that has to deal with the SIP.

According to Recovery Partition Creator site, I must disable the SIP, before running Recovery Partition Creator.

My problem is that my original OS is Mountain Lion and I have been upgrading OS's since then and I'm now running Sierra.  (I'd rather not lose or have to reinstall all my apps, it would be a really big pain).

When I reboot with Cmd-R, it only boots Mountain Lion's Internet Recovery, which CSRUTIL is not available in terminal.

Therefore, I can't run CSRUTIL DISABLE command.

Can any one help me?

Thanks in advance.
