iPad Pro 12.9” no keyboard update in iOS11

I just updated to iOS 11.  I have an iPad Pro 12.9” first generation.  The apple page says it is a model that should get the keyboard update, but it didn’t.

I called a “genius” who after an hour on the phone, informed me that my model is not elegible for the keyboard update.

This is false advertising, and an insult as I have had this iPad Pro for less than one year which at the time was the latest model.

FALSE ADVERTISING and a SLAP IN THE FACE...  SHAME ON YOU APPLE!!!

iOS 11 is compatible with these devices.
