Contacts not syncing

New computer, new phone, new iPad, same problems:

Create or change contact on iPhone, automatically syncs to iPad, but not MacBook Pro.

Create or change contact on iPad, automatically syncs to iPhone, but not MacBook Pro.

Create or change contact on MacBook Pro, automatically syncs to iPhone and iPad.

Delete contact on MacBook Pro, have to manually delete contact on iPhone and iPad

iCloud shows all devices associated with my account. I am getting sick and tired of being told to just log out of iCloud and log back in again. That solves the problem for about 2 and half seconds.

SOMETIMES, things will sync up when using Wi-Fi, but that is rare.

Does someone have a better solution?

Try going to iCloud.com using a computer to see if the items are there and whether they are from the device or the computer. That should show whether the device or the computer isn't syncing. If the computer, try going to System Preferences/iCloud and stop syncing. Wait a couple of minutes, then recheck syncing. If the device, go to Settings/Your Name/iCloud and do the above. You can also try signing out of iCloud and then sign in again.
