iPad Pro home button causing screen distortion

When I press the home button on my iPad Pro 10.5 inch a small part of the screen right next to the home button gets the rainbow distortion similar to when you press the screen to hard. Is this normal or do I need to go to the Apple Store to fix it? Thanks!

That would not be normal. I second your idea of going to the Apple Store to get this resolved.
