Unable to Verify Update. The Watch OS update co...

At the end of Preparing process during update to watch OS4 message appears: "Unable to Verify Update. The Watch OS update couldn’t be verified because you are not connected to the internet".

Apple watch series 2 is on charger, perfect Wi-fi signal through Mobile boradband modem (Mi-Fi), latest iOS11 installed on my 7+, but verifying process failed. Troubleshootings like restarting, resetting, deleting update file, unpairing, pairing etc did not help. Please advice.

I suggest that you try again with your iPhone connected to Wi-Fi, not Mi-Fi.
