In 12.7.0.166, iTunes will only show Music

In 12.7.0.166, running OS X 10.11.6, iTunes will only show Music. It will play music but will label playlists either Music or TV Shows or Movies or Podcasts or Audiobooks.  To play a movie or tv show I have to locate it in the Finder, then use "Open With ..." and choose iTunes; otherwise it opens in Vimeo.  I attempted to restore iTunes from Time Machine but was told iTunes can't be modified because OS X needs it.
