How to go to a file that Spotlight finds?

I 5K iMac informed me of an update available. I did the update but cannot fine the app in the App folder.

Spotlight finds it and gives the path as:

MacHD,Volimes, OSX Boot, filename. (I used commas instead of right arrows)

How can I actually get to this file? The path given means nothing to me.
