Preorder Code

I preordered Taylor Swift's new album last week, and should have gotten a preorder code with it to submit to the Ticketmaster program she's working with. It has been over 48 hours since I preordered the album, and I still have not gotten the email with the code. I've contacted Apple/iTunes support through email and they haven't really helped much. What can I do to get the code?
